Villa de Ligera is home to four luxuroious bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining room, large entry area, living room, media room, well-eqipped exercise room and two open air terraces.

A new addition to Villa de Ligera is this covered sitting area. There is also a spacious sitting area on the second floor of this new structure, perfect for laying out in the sun.

As soon as you enter the front door of Villa de Ligera you meet the main attraction of Turks & Caicos, the clear blue waters of the ocean, through the glass doors and windows of the living room.

The living room is very elegant with its jewel tones and many accessories, yet comfortable with 3 couches and Direct TV.

The Kitchen is well furnished with a conventional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, all the appliances and cookware that you would need.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with island decor, satellite TV, an in-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, and a large walk-in closet.

The open air terrace is a great place to relax and take in the view of the ocean or Flamingo Lake.
